How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within up to 4 business days, then dispatched. After that: 4–8 business days within the US, and 8–14 business days to Canada. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent to your email address once your order ships. If you haven't received it after 5 business days from your order date, just drop us a message and we'll chase it down for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. Full details on eligibility and how to start a return are on our Returns & Refunds page. Custom or personalised items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at contact@madisonmutt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly — a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We ship to both the US and Canada. Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient. More details on our Shipping Policy page.

How do I use my discount code?

At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code" field and click Apply. The discount will update your total before you complete the purchase. Only one code can be applied per order.
