Returns & Refunds
At Madison Mutt, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If something isn’t right, we’ll resolve it promptly and professionally. We do not have any hidden return or restock fees.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, returned in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our client care team at contact@madisonmutt.com or on our Contact Us page with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[XXXX].
Please include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions including the return address.
Returns must be authorized before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, sizing, or preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs once the request is approved.
Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify.
Madison Mutt does not charge any restock fees for returned items or any other hidden fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement. Additional processing time may depend on your bank or card provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a replacement item quickly, we recommend placing a new order. Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued for the original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of both the product and packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom-made items, final sale items clearly marked at checkout, gift cards, items that have been used, washed, or altered, and items returned without prior authorization.
