Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within up to 4 business days. After dispatch:

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • Canada: 8–14 business days

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We ship across the United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Canada are subject to Canadian customs regulations, and any applicable duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing the latest guidelines from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) before placing your order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally outside the US and Canada?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more countries in the future — stay tuned!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received a tracking email after 5 business days from your order date, please get in touch and we'll look into it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are not always possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at contact@madisonmutt.com and we'll do our best to help. For more details, see our Returns & Refunds page.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?

First, check around your delivery area and with neighbours or building management. If the package still can't be found, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will assist you.

What is your return policy?

Can I return a custom or personalised item?

Custom and personalised products are made especially for you, so they are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your custom order, please get in touch and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@madisonmutt.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. For more information, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

Are your products safe for pets?

Absolutely. Pet safety is our top priority. We carefully vet all materials used in our products to ensure they are safe for dogs and cats. If you have specific questions about a product's materials or safety, don't hesitate to contact us.

What does "Made in USA" mean for your products?

Do you offer custom or personalised products?

Yes! We offer a range of custom options for both dogs and cats. Explore our custom products in the Custom collection. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out and we'll see what we can do.

How do I know which size to choose for apparel?

Each apparel product includes a size guide on its product page. We recommend measuring your pet before ordering and comparing to the size chart provided. If you're unsure between sizes, contact us and we'll guide you.

Are the colours shown on the website accurate?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but they may appear slightly different depending on your screen's settings and calibration. If you have questions about a specific product's colour or finish, feel free to ask us.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

How do I get my 10% welcome discount?

Simply sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page on our site. Your discount code will be sent to you by email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout, you'll see a field labelled "Discount code" — enter your code there and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.

Can I combine multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order at this time.

Partner & Affiliate Program

Do you have an affiliate or partner program?

Yes! Our Partner Program is open to creators, bloggers, small businesses, and anyone with a community of pet lovers.
