Processing & Delivery

Each order is prepared with care and typically processed within up to 4-business days.

• U.S. orders: arrive within 4-8 business days after dispatch.

• Canada orders: arrive within 8-14 business days after dispatch.
  

Shipping to Canada

Orders shipped from the U.S. to Canada are subject to Canadian customs regulations. Depending on the total value of your order and your province’s tax policies, duties or import fees may apply upon delivery.
Madison Mutt is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by Canadian authorities or couriers. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend that customers review the latest import guidelines from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) before placing an order to understand potential costs or exemptions.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout—packages returned or lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
